A Collection of Above three Hundred Reciepts
"In Cookery, Physick and Surgery" - Like many Cookery books of the time, they purported several recipes to be used for the sick and ailing. Their term "Surgery" did not mean to literally cut people open, but as a form of curing or alleviating major ills. However, for the cooking enthusiast, it does have a huge variety of recipes for cooking and preserving.
Printed in London in 1759, this very thick booklet is covered in a soft cover of hand marbled papers and comes with a printed cover title label if you choose to apply it.
